1. Controller

2. Data we process
Account data (email address, password stored only as a salted hash), your character balance, payments, and the speech you create (the text you submit, the voice and settings you choose, and the resulting audio) so we can provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use one session cookie that is strictly necessary for login. No advertising or tracking cookies.
3. AI processing
To create your audio, your text and the selected voice settings are sent to our speech synthesis infrastructure provider. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share.
4. Payments
You buy characters via Wise, PayPal or cryptocurrency. To match your payment to your account we process the amount, the payment method, the reference code and the details you enter or that the payment provider shows us (e.g. sender name, transaction ID, wallet address). The privacy policies of Wise, PayPal and the respective blockchain network apply to the payment itself; crypto transactions are public on the blockchain.
5. Storage period
Generated audio files are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account; payment records are kept as required by law (in Austria generally 7 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at Discord user assistantxfakeguru. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
